Agreement
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Kudlio. By downloading, accessing, or using Kudlio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Kudlio is operated by KapTable AI Limited ("KapTable", "we", "us", or "our").
What Kudlio Is
Kudlio is a conversational entertainment app. You speak, a Kudlio friend listens, and the app responds with on-screen text and stylized animal-like sounds. Kudlio is intended for delight and playful interaction. It is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, mental health, safety, veterinary, or other professional advice.
The animal-like sounds in Kudlio are expressive AI-generated interpretations, not real animal language. Real pets may not understand them and could become confused.
Eligibility And Accounts
You may use Kudlio as a guest for the limited free preview experience. To buy minutes, restore purchases across devices, or manage account deletion in the intended account-backed flow, you must use the sign-in method supported by your platform: Sign in with Apple on Apple devices or Sign in with Google on Android devices.
You are responsible for maintaining access to your Apple or Google account and for any activity that occurs through your Kudlio account.
Apple accounts and Android accounts are separate. An account created or used on Apple devices cannot be used on Android, and an Android account cannot be used on Apple devices.
If you are under the age required to form a binding agreement in your jurisdiction, use Kudlio only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Purchases And Minutes
Kudlio offers non-subscription, non-expiring consumable minute packs as in-app purchases through Apple's App Store or Google Play, depending on your device. Prices, products, and availability may change.
All purchases are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to the applicable store's terms, billing rules, and refund handling. Except where required by law or granted by the applicable store under its policies, purchases are final.
Purchased minutes are tied to your Kudlio account and platform, not intended for resale, and not transferable to another person, another platform, or another account.
How Usage Works
Usage starts only after a live connection is established. Disconnecting stops the meter. Very short connections may not consume credits, and after the grace period Kudlio rounds paid usage to the next minute as described in the app.
Kudlio may keep a live conversation active briefly while the app is backgrounded, and it may also disconnect idle sessions to protect your minutes. You are responsible for ending a conversation when you are done using it.
Notifications
If you grant notification permission, Kudlio may send or schedule optional reminders on your device. You can control notification permission in your device settings.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Kudlio for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the app or backend
- Exploit the app's billing, account, or safety systems
- Use Kudlio in a way that infringes another person's rights
- Use AI outputs from Kudlio as professional advice or in safety-critical situations
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if we believe these Terms have been violated or if continued access could harm the service, other users, or KapTable.
AI Output Disclaimer
Kudlio uses AI systems to generate responses. AI outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, unexpected, or inappropriate. You use Kudlio at your own discretion, and you should not rely on its outputs as facts or guarantees.
Account Deletion
You may delete your Kudlio account from the Settings screen. Account deletion is intended to be permanent. When an account is deleted, linked account-backed data and unused purchased minutes are not recoverable through Kudlio.
Intellectual Property
Kudlio, including its branding, artwork, app design, audio presentation, and software, is owned by KapTable AI Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not give you ownership of the service or its content.
Disclaimers
Kudlio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at any particular time.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KapTable AI Limited and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Kudlio.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to Kudlio will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Kudlio through the app during the 12 months before the claim arose or USD 50.
Changes To Kudlio Or These Terms
We may modify Kudlio, suspend features, or update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice in the app, on the website, or by updating the effective date above. Your continued use after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to KapTable AI Limited, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where consumer law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
